These targets are based on an analysis of the email sent out by DLF staff for the Fall 2008 forum in Raleigh, NC. These dates are measured against the date of the 2008 forum and then equivalent dates are derived for the 2008 forum based on its start date of 11/11/09. The last column is key, those targets in red have already been missed by as many weeks as indicated, those in yellow are due within the number of weeks indicated.
