Why not contact Google (or someone else) and get them to joint-venture with University libraries to do what they do - for you?

What a great tax write-off for Google, a serious community service they can publicize and a boon for the entire University system??

This could become a profit-bearing idea for other library systems (city, county, private, etc.) as well.

Just a thought.
