In October 2011 Jena and Rachel realized that DLF users could benefit from having threaded comments available on the DLF's website. Unfortunately, the Diglib theme was not designed to accommodate threaded comments. This is a proposal to remedy that situation and adopt the commenting style from WordPress' default twentyeleven theme for the DLF site.
Extract TwentyEleven Comment Style and Graft it into Diglib Theme
Analyze how TwentyEleven accomplishes threaded comments and reproduce that in Diglib. This assumes that the general look and feel of TwentyEleven comments is OK. An example of this can be viewed at http://www.emidfamilies.org/tests/comments and is substantially similar to what will be produced for DLF.
Deliverable: a Diglib comment template that accommodates threaded comments.
